I would have given a 1 star rating except the night clerk was very helpful. The first room we were given was a complete mess. It had a trash bag of papers and other items left in the room along with numerous food items in the refrigerator. There were also items that looked like car parts left in the room. The clerk (I think his name was Sam) apologized, took photos of the room and then got us a better room. It was still hard to shake that first impression and I don’t think we will ever stay at a Microtel place again.

Room was great. Clean, spacious convenient to parking. Location of the property was convenient to most things in the area. Only draw back was limited breakfast. But McDonald's was just down the street.

I booked a standard room with a queen bed. We got a handicap room with two queen beds. There was some kind of water leak in the bathroom ceiling in the middle of the night, with water dripping all over the toilet, floor and sink area. So we're mopping up the floor in our bathroom at 2:00 am
