I have stayed in 6/7 hotels over the last five weeks due to work. I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I have ever ever stayed in. My room was FILTHY and so run down, stains, marks, chips out the walls, missing handles, broken window. I’ll leave photos because I don’t even have the words to explain how vile the room was we were given. I was only here for 1 night and exhausted due to travelling so just put up with it for the one night, I complained at the end of my stay and the receptionist didn’t even know what to say when I showed him the photos.

Good location and easy but expensive parking. In general staff are grumpy and not welcoming. Reception staff ok but barman stated i could only eat in the bar if i accepted every course at the same time as he could not run back for each course. Waiter at restaurant refused me a table at the window because it was kept aside for breakfast 12 hours later. I insisted and got my table. In general a hotel that lacks service and supervision as grumpy staff make it up as they go along. Very comfortable but sadly spoiled by avoidable poor service.

Would have expected better from a Hilton stay

Disappointed that there was no hot breakfast this morning The bathroom shower needs updated Would have liked the mirror to be above the desk so can use hair dryer and hair straightener with plug socket nearby The room 143 was very noisy ! The corridor door it seems kept banging opening and closing was very disturbing when trying to sleep and unwind ! But the room was a nice size and bed very comfortable and good to have iron and tea making facilities available

Ideal location and easy to find, very spacious reception area and well planned out, nice clean room, everything worked fine, evening meal was nice and breakfast plentiful, pool was nice temperature and happy all round

Terrible conditions, super dated and with “used and abused” look and feel. Dirty and used bin, sofa with crumbs and when asked to move room were given a room with no light in the bathroom, a terrible mattress and stained carpet

The rooms are in desperate need of upgrading, my room had no opening window and only a fire escape door. It had a very musty, old smell to it. Missing a hairdryer from the room. Old bed which wasn't that comfortable due to being very firm. The reception and staff were however friendly and welcoming.

Standards are dropping.

This hotel was very busy. It was noisy and grubby. I couldn't locate the lift and had to carry my case up the stairs. My room was grubby with stains on the carpet wall and doors. The hotel is well overdue a makeover
