Daer Kaz, thank you for choosing Casa Amora for your stay in Lisboa and for taking the time to send us your feedback. We are sorry about the fact that insonorization is not enough to prevent guests to hear the noise from other places. We are trying some solutions (carpeting, thicker rugs, thicker curtains,...) but we certainly have a challenge ahead of us. Warm regards
