ALMOST MISSED MY FLIGHT DUE TO THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM

THIS IS MY SECOND TIME IN THIS HOTEL AS ITS CLOSER TO MY POINT OF CALL IN LISBON,BUT THE TREATMENT I GOT FROM THE HOTEL STAFF WAS AWFUL AND AM DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK!!!!

clean & spacious + genuine helpful staff

Nothing seems too much trouble for the patient helpful staff and indeed this seems to be the case with all their countrymen we met. There is no hotel restaurant but there is an excellent large cafe opposite with lots of hoice and lovely staff.

Das Hotel und seine Infrastruktur sind in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Uebergabe von "Pendenzen" von einer Schicht zur anderen klappt nur bedingt.

Nice hotel, quite new rooms, good location, very good breakfast. And bad things: - staff attitude, they were imperious at reception, same on breakfast, there were not hurry but customers have to ask more food to table. Only one young man have good attitude abd work much faster than else. - water pressure, we have room at 11th floor and there could not wash hair because water comes so slowly - bathtub at bew hotel ? Without plug. And without hand shower. Get normal shower to rooms please - not enough power plugs and situation was weird. Not close beds or table.
