He a wonderful stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Perfect location for exploring Lisbon - central yet still nice and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee / tea station very helpful. The reception staff very welcoming and knowledgeable, also thank you to Vilma for looking after my room. I definitely recommend this hotel

Love this historic hotel!

We were so welcomed at our arrival time at 9am. They had our room ready by 11am. The hotel is beautiful. Perfect spot for seeing the city.

Perfect location for accessing all of old Lisbon. Classic and classy hotel. Fabulous breakfast. Arrived early due to flight, and front desk arranged for us to access our room prior to normal check in. Highly recommend!

I love the hotel, all employees were kind and greeted us with a smile. The hotel upgraded us to a king size bed. We are celebrating our 50th Anniversary. Every thing is so nice.

This hotel has historical charm for sure, but the rooms need more updates to keep up with the modern convenience expected by today's travelers. Surprised that there wasn't a hair dryer available in the bathroom. Rippled carpets in the rooms and hallways gave off a low-quality impression. It was also difficult to roll luggages on them. I like how spacious the rooms are though! But, if I'm being honest, I felt like I was staying in a retirement facility just based off old-fashioned design and quality. The staff are nice though, and my parents enjoyed the breakfast buffet. But even the dining area reminded me of a retirement facility in the US. They also use old fashioned keys to open room doors.The location is adequate otherwise.
