overall, stay was nice. Clean clean rooms, but the showers only had a half door which caused the bathroom to get a lot of water on the floor, but that might be more user error than a defect. The front desk were fairly helpful, but they were very busy and pretty overwhelmed sometimes otherwise they were OK. I thought the breakfast was OK. Nothing special but enough to get your morning started. It’s very walkable from the metro and a lot of activities in that area I would say to stay away from the restaurants on the main boulevard and go to the ones on the side streets or away from the boulevard. Those are also very nice and a lot of local areas to go eat.

There isn't anything we didn't like about Hotel Lisboa. The staff whether morning or night were very helpful. The breakfast buffet had hot breakfast food, fruit, juices, cereals, salad, meats, cheeses. Everything was delicious. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We extended our stay and both rooms had bathtubs with showers, with minibars and coffee and tea selections. The hotel is close to a metro station and at a main street that leads directly to downtown. Great place to walk, just beautiful.

Great start with friends

Decent hotel, slight, though easy, walk from main tourist area. Staff were all great. Rooms were adequate for our needs, certainly clean though fairly basic.
