I knew when I booked it that it was removed from City center. Just needed 1 night after returning from Porto in order to sleep in Lisbon and catch our flight to back home. There is a Botanical Garden close by but we did not go see it. Definitely not a touristy area. Located in the suburbs. No nice architecture, no restaurants no shopping, nor even pedestrians. All high rises. So it was good for what we booked it for. Small narrow room. We took Metro back in to city center for shopping and dinner, then came back to sleep. Shower was roomy so definite points for that.

The room and hotel services were efficient and met our travel needs as friends and I spent 2 days in Lisbon on a longer vacation. Access to Metro is very good. The old quarter is a pleasurable 45 min. Breakfast is 4 out of 5 and has everything needed. I would recommend the hotel to both business and holiday travelers.

I would not return or recommend this hotel. The elevator was stuck on the first night and staff/management was of little assistance and made no effort to make it up.

The hotel is located right next to the airport so you can hear the planes. The staff was friendly and spoke English and the beds were comfortable. They is no safe in the hotel to lock your belongings and the room gets extremely hot especially after you take a shower and at night. You are also supplied with 2 towels, no hand towels. Overall, it’s a satisfactory hotel for a short stay.

Tive uma péssima experiência com esse Ibis. Era pra passar uma noite de descanso para uma viagem que começaria às 4h da manhã. Como o ar-condicionado não estava funcionando, fomos obrigados a abrir a janela. No entanto, com isso, o som externo atrapalhou bastante a dormir. Não só os aviões a cada 15min como também moto e carros que passavam na rua. O serviço e os funcionários foram muito solícitos, amigáveis e prestativos. Porém, com relação ao problema do ar-condicionado, faltou simpatia e alguma forma de desconto na hospedagem.
