Apart from being put in an underground room, when I lay on the bed I could hear the noise and even feel the vibrations from the nearby metro train (I assume that was the cause). Would never go there again if I knew I would be put in such a room,

Stayed one night at this hotel, which is a part of a bigger hotel - the “guesthouse”part has apartments with kitchens. It does not have an elevator, and I’m not sure whether parking is available at all. The room was quite nice, with a balcony, and very clean. The area around is a typical Lisbon neighborhood, walkable and safe. The subway station is very close by, we did not have any issues taking a subway with the luggage.

Clean and comfortable room in a great location, easily accessible from the airport and into central Lisbon. While my room was next to the main road, the glazing definitely keeps out the majority of the noise. Also smooth check in and check out processes and friendly staff manning the desk 24/7. Would stay again!

I liked the location in terms of availability of shops, transport and places to eat during the day. During the night it turns different. My room was in front of main street and it was really, really noisy. The staff is highly professional and very welcoming. I loved the breakfast buffet for 10euros. In my opinion it has variety for different tastes. The only negative point is that the room is too small for the size of facility and amount of guests served. Tripping over each other in the buffet area.

I always try to ask if there is an elevator available, and was answered in the affirmative. However, when we checked in, we were directed to an area of the hotel that did not have an elevator. My 2 friends had large suitcases, and even without the luggage, the steps were a challenge. Quite a disappointment.
