The little extras that they put into making your stay comfortable like coffee and water each day and evening turn down service. Staff also could not do anymore to help with anything you needed. Spa area was lovely to relax in after a busy day exploring

The staff was excellent in this hotel to make certain that all needs were met. We did not dine in the hotel with so many restaurant options close by but the breakfast looked wonderful. The location was right in the most expensive shopping area that also included the finest restaurants. Also discovered the Coffee House a 10 minute walk and they had incredible cappuccinos and best eggs Benedict anywhere.

The room was a bit small for two people , we had a suitcase each and had them around the bed to unpack our clothing and there was no room to move . The location is very good and the staff were very good .
