"Ideal location, a few minutes walk from Grand Central Station in one direction and the main high street in the other. This is really good if you want to use one of early morning excursions from City Hall. Reception staff are always pleasant and really helpful, we arrived early and were able to drop our bags meaning we could make the most of our time before checking in. Only downside to our stay was that day to day housekeeping left a little to be desired."

"The hotel was beautiful and rooms were very clean and well decorated. Our only problem was the construction outside the entry was a little bit inconvenient, however management apologized personally and gave us a little token for our troubles. Much appreciated."
