"The place was overall really good for its price but we had two rooms, one of them had an awful smell. Like something was rotting, to top it off both of our rooms were next to a group of people who were extremely loud and yelling since 5pm and decided to throw a party at night. Drinking and having loud music until past 3 am. We ended up calling front desk and making a complaint about the group and the noise. The next day, while we were watching tv, a couple came to our room and opened the door saying this was their room. Ended up going to the front desk to see what was going on. Basically said that I had only made a reservation for one night for one room and another room for two nights and we needed to pay for another night. At that point I was pretty annoyed because I had receipts and emails proving I had payed and made reservations for two nights for each room. After going back and forth, the manager said “it was accidentally cancelled for two night” so they tried to blame me for a mistake they made. After all that I ended up paying again for another night and waiting for a refund for the cancelled night."

"The whole place looked run down, the photos are very misleading , we were moved from rooms 2 times because the rooms they gave us had a used dirty pad in it and the bathroom was dirty. The second room that they moved us to had a terrible smell and the sheets were dirty. The third room was decent until we realize the bathroom had mold on the ceiling and door, at that point we were already uncomfortable and disappointed with our check in and with the over all place. Not to mention the front desk person who made us feel like we were the problem. I will never stay here again."
