This place is very dirty! There was trash in the walkways, the toilet in my room had a ring around it. I called the receptionist to see about getting it cleaned, she said the staff were on a tight schedule so they would not get to it until the next day…! Poor customer service. Mold on window sills and bathroom tub. Vegetation growing on the roof… This place is a zero.

Just on issue with the shower. I couldn’t turn it on. The staff offered to help, but I declined because I was tired and wanted privacy. I took a sponge bath. Everything else was fine.

Unfortunate stay

Nice location, decent price, receptionist was very concerned and professional. The problem was with the room itself, the toilet was broken, AC was broken, and the phone was not functional. Unfortunately because I booked through Hotels.com (expedia) I was unable to switch rooms. My only option was to check out early without being able to get a refund from Hotels.com. Be wary when booking through a third party as you are limited.

The lady that worked the front office was very helpful and helped me out in everything that I needed. She was awesome and is the reason why I'm giving this trip a 5 star. The room itself was okay. We used it to just sleep. The bathroom does need some TLC, but it did its job.
