Our kid was attending CSUMB. We stayed at this hotel since it was fairly close to the campus, and it was quiet. We always brought our dog with us with no issues. They have an area for pets only, so that was nice.

Ive stayed in same room now 2nd time due to work. Floor swept not mopped and there was hair from the lat person that stayed there in the bathroom. The staff was great, check in was quick. Outside, well its ok but very peaceful, no party people, or loud people. A true place to rest.

A lot of people write reviews for a motel 6 as if they were staying at a Ritz Carlton. I was pleasantly surprised by this property. It was clean, beds were very comfortable and not noisy, although we were in the block of rooms by the garden. We had a microwave and refrigerator plus a small coffee maker and coffee in the room which I didn’t expect. Check in staff was friendly and of course we could bring our dog without the ridiculous fees most places charge. It was only a short drive to Monterey and the aquarium but saved hundreds of dollars compared to lodging there. There are a LOT of restaurants very close by on reservation road. I recommend the Hawaiin bbq plate for a ton of good food. The Dennys was fine for breakfast and right there. We would stay here again

Tiny, tiny room. Water damage all in and around bathroom. Bed shoved against the wall, no nightstands. No coffee maker. No little Refrigerator. Tiny shower, no bath. Awful paint, bad smells. Very noisy heater. Very dirty, could Not sleep there. Left at 3am. Yuck.

The room was prepared well. Thiugb i had to clean the heat vents. I had to move the desk , it needed to be cleaned. The staff was great thougb .

Loved the stay all in all it’s worth it near the marina state beach and Walmart my fave store and food is amazing and the aquarium I enjoyed with my KIDS the most loves it well worth every penny spent
