We arrived after 9pm for our check in, rang the doorbell to get staff to let us in and it took a very long time to the point we thought we weren’t going to get in. Once inside the front desk had 3 people! Why was there such a delay? Our breakfast buffet was disappointing as the potatoes were dry and the scrambled eggs were overdone. The upside was the staff were nice and attentive for coffee.

Great. Parking was a bit of a twist - either valet or public lot. Reluctantly went with valet, which was fine. But on Saturday evening, one person working the station is not enough.

We always stay at the double tree in London for our daughter’s dance comps. We love the pool, large rooms however this time the parking was horrible. The parking garage is being renovated so the only option is to pay $40 a day for valet parking. Also one staff member was rude to my self and others in the pool area.

Our room was spacious and newly renovated, I had to call to get it cleaned and it wasnt properly cleaned they just vacuum the floor, that was it. For the price I expect fully cleaned every day or at least when I request.
