The building needs some TLC…it’s quite outdated. Parking in the area isn’t great either but the staff was friendly and beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet and overall it was clean, including the pool.

Reservation was for a room with 2 queen beds - that is not what we got. I checked the receipt and found that is what I paid for. Receipt also said breakfast was included but no one mentioned that at checkin so went out for breakfast. Construction forcing valet parking was not ideal and not informing people of other cheaper options was inconsiderate.

Great staff, terrible sleeping conditions.

The service was top notch in the restaurant and valet. Our issue was the sound of the elevator going all night which we could hear as if it was in our room. We stayed 2 nights and we hardly slept more than 6 hours between the two nights. We were visiting London for a concert and ended the weekend extremely fatigued and exhausted. There were no vending machines and the one time we did go to the front desk for options on drinks they directed us to a little closet next to the desk that was not stocked with much of anything. When we asked about certain beverages we were told he would not be restocking the supplies and that we had to wait until tomorrow…even though we were leaving the next morning. We feel we could have had better sleep in our car. Because of the lack of drinks for purchase we tried the tap water, it was terrible. I’m not one to shy away from drinking tap water but in this case I worried for my health. Also while we were the people got stuck in the elevators. We were on the 8th floor and debated not using the elevators in fear of getting stuck.
