Called earlier the morning of the stay about an early check in & was assured I would be ok, I was more than willing to pay the up charge & gave my time I would arrive & was there 10 min earlier... Then informed there wouldn't be anything ready until 4!!!! .... We chose to sit in the lobby to wait, another customer came in & was given a room at 1:45 & the lady never signaled to come check in ... Lady left for the day never informed the afternoon staff we were waiting, I went back to the desk & was informed yes we have rooms available this was at 2:10!!!! ...

The best part of the room was the comfort of the bed. Being that we were from another state, and the way it was set up on Expedia saying that The place came with breakfast, that was not the case it did not say that I would have to purchase the suite to have access to mini breakfast.

Arrived at 2:15am to check in and the hotel had cancelled the reservation because they didn’t think we would show up. No call or email to confirm this, and no required time to check in. Further, the front desk were unfriendly and seemed inconvenienced to help us when we arrived. The room has a strong smell of sewage.

There were used tissues, bottle caps and other pieces of literal trash around the hallway. The washroom wasn't cleaned and the were traces of feces in the toilet. What adds insult to injury is they charge $30 for overnight parking which literally puts them on par with other hotels which are better in the same area.
