Im not to happy to be honest. The sheet when i pulled back the quilt had blood stains it was washed but the stains where still visible. The tv didn't work. I was moved to another room witch was better But i could turn on the tv then managed to by the button then the remote didn't work. Twice i went to the desk for another remote they didn't work in the end they found one that did work. The glass wall to the bathroom was filthy the mirror in the bathroom was filthy Next day as i went to leave i was stopped at the desk saying my card was declined but no one let me know while i was there embarrassing when there's people around you that turned out to be a fault with the booking in system. I ordered a medium rare stake witch was over cooked. Whilst i was in the restaurant to to that of in the next room with big doors there was a karaoke going on witch was very loud. All in all im not at all happy and will not be returning

Nice place

The Quorn Grange is a very good hotel but the staff are quite short handed. At breakfast there is just one staff member struggling on her own. In the evening, the bar is unattended for lengthy periods.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Ample parking space. Staff are really friendly. Only negative, which would stop me staying there again, the toilet has a glass wall around it with hardly any frosting on the glass. Sorry but whoever designed this is either kinky or odd. It's ok if you were staying your night on your own, but there are certain things you don't necessarily do in front of a loved one!

Cold shower tacky fittings loose toilet seat bedside lamps not working chest of draws fall to bits if you try to use them stained carpet. In General very inferior for the money. Restaurant closed 20.30 which is the time I got in.

The property is in a great country side location. Found bathroom to be senior unfriendly and couldn't get hot water in the shower despite raising the issue with the staff.

Single Female Business Traveler

Hotel was ok - positives - very quiet and peaceful. Downfalls - room was adjoined to another not comfortable for a lone female traveller, room smelt musty, cracks in mirrors and bathroom fixtures, very small TV’s, cleanliness of carpet, walls and doors not to standard. Wouldn’t go out of my way to return.

Everything Great But The Mattress.

The staff were lovely, the room shower everything was lovely and clean. Unfortunately for me the mattress was a little bit thin, and that wasn't conducive to a good night's sleep. Everything else I didn't have a problem with.

The location was ideal for our purpose of stay. Staff very welcoming. Good facilities but a bit tired looking in decor. Room was spacious & very comfortable bed. Bathroom & room very clean, again a little run down. We couldn’t work the bedside lights & forgot to mention this on departure
