Upon check in, no one at the front desk explained hidden fees and how they handled a deposit. It was no made aware by hotels. Com or Staybridge at check in. I had several fees I had no idea what they were for and there was zero transparency. We stayed with our dance team and will be advising team to stay elsewhere. It was very upsetting.

The breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. Staff was friendly except for the black guy at the front desk. Very rude and not customer service friendly. The rooms were good. King bed was huge and amazing and so comfortable.
