Luxurious room with comfortable bed. Ideal location within easy reach of seafront and St Anne’s Town Centre. 10 minutes drive to either Blackpool or Lytham. Lovely breakfast with cereals, toast, pancakes and the traditional full English as well as other cooked options. Parking is available at the guesthouse but only limited(6 vehicles) Howarth House will definitely be our first choice of accommodation on our next visit to St Anne’s.😀

This wonderful hotel truly welcomes dogs by providing dog bowls, a special cover so the dog can get on the bed and they even provided a dog towel. Our dog was welcome to join us at breakfast where we had a separate table away from the rest and Charlie was given a dog chew. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again.
