Good bits: - Location was ideal - Good sized kitchen - Bedding comfy Not so good bits: - Room very hot, heating off and no idea where aircon was?! - Bathroom dusty, all round mirror, lights and sides - Bin disgusting, top had food stuck to it on arrival - Blind dirty and marked - Communication poor, the 24 hours a day WhatsApp they encourage you to use took 12 hours to reply - Room key wouldn’t work, went to reception, no one there so had to wait 10 mins - Whole place has chipped paintwork and needs a lick of paint, certainly not value for money

Fantastic Family Stay! We had an amazing stay as a family with two teenage girls. There was plenty to do and see in the local area, and the hotel itself was excellent - very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, which made a big difference. The pool was a highlight for us - we used it three times during our stay and loved it! Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it and will definitely be returning.
