Hotel was connected to the mall and within walking distance to various business and commercial areas. The amenities were easily accessible and elevated. Staff were a tremendous help, as well as courteous and responsive.

The property has no clothes rack. Iron was broken and they must check first before giving to guest as wasting time calling them to replace. Such 5 star hotel must have smeg kettle and philipps brand of iron. Poor amenities.
