The rooms are nice but long and not wide. The restaurant on the first floor was okay but you really need to go out for good food. The hotels staff was ok with the exception of the front staff manager going back and forth between allowing and not allowing a manicure and pedicure service provider from entering the hotel. This was scheduled for my parents and because of the manager it didn’t happen. Please note that the hotel spa does not perform this type of service. Other than that it was okay.

Average. Weird practice of holding you up so that they can check the room before you check out. It takes about 5 -7 min for them to do that. No hotel does that. Hotel room AC was really rumbling loudly all night.

The toileteries are low quality and really small sizes. There is no liquid soap. The AC can not refresh properly and the towels are clean but not tidy. Besides you habe a small bottle to refill rather than complementary water. It is ok but not a five star hotel.

My wife went to the spa for a 4 hr package of services. Attendant did not explain what order of services will be given. No overview what to expect. Attendant entered the room without announcing herself as my wife was changing surprising her. During a scrub attendant was not discreet making my wife feel very uneasy and uncomfortable. It was not a relaxing experience for her. At checkout, front desk asked me to wait for 5 mins for Housekeeping “to check if we left anything in the room.” In fact the check was to see if they can charge me more for incidentals. Even though they have my credit card just for that reason. I would have preferred that they just charge the card and be upfront about it and let us go on our way. Not asking me to wait for the housekeeping to inspect the room. The staff can improve in their customer service and courtesy. Re the spa, why have only one attendant to give all the services in that 4 hrs? That is too much work for one person.
