SoYa was excellent; it exceeded our expectations by far. The property was clean, friendly and welcoming. It has a cute leafy courtyard in the middle, and parking out the back. Handy kitchen amenities, extremely comfortable bed, lounge area with Netflix, nice bathroom. It was a quick walk to the local IGA and South Yarra station. The reception staff were very polite and helpful at every interaction, and most obliging with our late check out request. We really could not have enjoyed our stay more and will definitely stay again the next time we are in Melbourne; thank you SoYa!

This was an excellent apartment for the price and in an excellent location for our needs. Only complaint was that the walls were a little thin, and we were disturbed by our neighbours for much of the night!

This property is a hidden gem. Amenities are great, easy parking and fantastic location. Easy walk to public transport. Renovated older style building but done very well and clean. Nice and quiet, no street or tram/train noise. Customer service was great.

Super stay, amazing staff and exxxxxtra wonderful housekeeping. I travel a lot and housekeeping crew can make or break, the amazing lady who looked after things was soooo fantastic, as were the front of house staff. Can’t wait to return!

Great friendly staff, very helpful and genuinely enjoy what they do. Convenient location close to public transport, shops and restaurants and very reasonably priced accommodation option compère to the others around it. While the place is a bit tired as an apartment block, it is in a decorated tastefully and intellectually fitted.

Super cute little property tucked away in South Yarra. Only a short walk to Chapel street for shopping and dining, and the train station to the city etc is only a 2-minute walk. The room was exactly as the pictures showed and we had excellent service during our stay.

Perfect stay in Melbourne. Friendliest staff I've encountered throughout my time traveling. Location is great with lots of good food places around, a 5 minute walk to the train station and a 20 minute commute to the Olympic park (great for us as we came to see a concert). The rooms are cosy and have a well stocked kitchen. I know where I'll be staying next time I'm in Melbourne :))
