Very dissapointing as we arrived at 3 pm and can only get into the room after 5 pm. We kept asking when the room will be ready but the receptionist kept saying she will check. We couldn’t have much rest for our events in the evening because we were so tired already. The room after all was good but the whole experience was not nice.

The perfect surprise night away before the Melbourne Marathon. Caroline and the team at Check-in made my teen sons feel really welcome and genuinely interested and excited for them to be racing. The staff were wonderful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The only downside was our dining experience - we thought the breakfast was not great quality and the in room dining was also a bit lacklustre.
