The property needed some TLC, but I can deal with some shabby. The shower curtain was torn... Cleanliness is another issue. The bedding, towels, and floors were good. It was the 'deep cleaning' that needed attending. Outlets, switches, and the hairdryer were filthy. Speaking of outlets, none of the outlets in the bathroom/vanity area worked.

Room had been somewhat upgraded. Only complaint was that the temperature setting on the heater did not work, so the unit stayed on and ran at a high temperature no matter the setting. I reported it to the front desk when we left. All staff were polite.

Home away from home

We stay there when we want to get away from the house every once in a while. Its easy to get in and out and close to a lot of activities. The breakfast is usually good to and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

My room had that old musty smell to it. Left over packaged juice in the refrigerator and a bar of soap in the toilet bowl which almost overflowed when flush until I removed it. Free breakfast was very limited. No eggs or bacon or sausage. Biscuits and gravy and just a few other items.
