This place was good. My favorite part of this place were the amenities. They had ping pong, a pool table, plenty of space in the lobby to sit and relax. The best amenity of all the GYM, the fitness center was spacious, and very well equipped. I didn't endulge in the roof top, because it was so cold and windy that night. But if you want to visit Memphis and never leave the hotel you'd be set at this location. Not only that but the location geographically is also perfect. As far as the room, it was smaller than usual, the bed was soft, the pillows were firm. I was not a fan of the bathroom, my bathroom door would not stay closed. As far as the service, it was good. My room was only equipped with ONE wash cloth, but when I asked for a couple more they brought me a few more in a timely manner.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. I was able to stay an extra hour. Also, their engineer name Tyrese was extremely efficient in getting the thermostat working and a very nice young man all around.

I was supposed to have a king but the Pacers were staying there and I got switched to a double. The floors were LVT which is gross walking around on - and the room above me had someone who dropped stuff continuously the first night and then was in a fight - it sounded like they were throwing things as well as each other - she was crying etc- I called the front desk and they said they would send security but I don’t think they ever did- needless to say sleep was not had - also the front desk told me the rooftop was open every night 5-11 but it was closed on the night I could go up which was a Sunday.
