The property was awesome, they staff was very polite and helpful, the bell hop’s were so nice and help me my wife and our baby with everything we needed, restaurant and cafe were so delicious, our baby loved the chicken soup he must have ate it 3 or 4 days in a row. Yhe breakfast is some of the best breakfast I’ve eaten anywhere, The location of the hotel is unbeatable it is located in such a great spot. I’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone

Arrived here on April 30th . Very clean & modern hotel. Wonderful view of the plaza and Cathedral from the 6th floor rooftop bar. Breakfast on the rooftop area was also very good. We booked a ride from the airport to the hotel with the hotel and the pu k was efficient and timely.

I’ve visited this hotel a couple times to enjoy the rooftop restaurant and have always wanted to stay here. This time I was in town for a 24 hour layover, just myself, so wanted a central spot with great walkability, and a gym to kill a day in CDMX before flying home. It was honestly the perfect spot. The check in was super friendly and hospitable. I enjoyed an amazing dinner and cocktails on the rooftop, complimentary coffee and breakfast in the morning. I needed a late check out of 4pm and this was thankfully a nominal fee to enjoy. Rooms offer you everything you need for a short stay, and surprisingly quiet given the central location.

The staff at Zocalo Central were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and safe. They had daily breakfast and a café that was open 24 hours for purchases. It was walkable to a lot of sites and even when we had to take a cab, the staff arranged it for us. They even walked us to the cab a few blocks away because of a traffic issue, with our luggage, when we checked out. We had a great time!

I really enjoyed my stay at Zocalo Central. Everyone that works there was very nice and welcoming. My only complaint is my Ned was lumpy on the left side and had to be in the middle for comfort and the pillows were too hard. Other than that I would definitely recommend and stay there again.
