The staff was outstanding. Everyone went above and beyond to take care of us since the second we first got out of the taxi in front of the hotel until the moment we left. The breakfast was delicious,the view from the restaurant is amazing and the room was cozy and perfect for us. We will for sure be staying at this wonderful hotel again.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Mexico City and absolutely loved it. The location couldn’t be better — it’s right next to the Zócalo and the Metropolitan Cathedral, which makes it super convenient for sightseeing and exploring the historic center. The breakfast was included and honestly one of my favorite parts of the stay — delicious, fresh, and served in a lovely setting. The room rate also included access to the café downstairs, which was such a pleasant surprise and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the hotel offers incredible value for money, with an amazing location, great service, and wonderful food. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.

Loved the location. Restaurant overlooks the main square and presidential palace. Free walking tour was great. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and snacks in the lobby were included with room price . Our room only had high level windows and that was a little disappointing but other wise it was great. Slept well , spent days seeing places.
