Easy check in/out. Staffs were kind. Received complimentary snacks and breakfast was also included. A nice surprise. Breakfast was substantial. Had a lovely stay.

great hotel

Pros: location,staff,breakfast
Cons: Time of breakfast
I would go back to the hotel as its very nice,great staff,helpful, location is great,quite,near to all attractions,Doumo,metro,travel agency,restaurants,cafes, famous Galleria .

The situation was good, but our room was in the first floor and traffic was noisy, more over there was a water pipe damage in the street in front of the hotel and they repaired it all the time we were there. That´s why it would have been nice to get a room from upper floors. The bathroom was not in good condition (shower and toilet seat), but they repaired them quickly, when we asked it. Many thanks to friendly reseption officers, especially the ladies. Breakfast was good. The room was well cleaned every day.
