It was in a great location within a 5 minute walk from the Duomo Milano. Staff were accommodating and breakfast was included in the price! Hotel rooms are a bit outdated yet clean.

Lovely hotel, fantastic staff, and great location but the most incredible part of this stay was arriving off an overnight and being given a room at 10am!!! Their normal check in is already nice and early at 1pm as is it but they were so nice to give us the room so early! Made all the difference in our stay.

The room was lovely! The housekeeping staff was amazing! They knew my schedule and kept the room spotless! The desk staff was amazing! If anyone went hungry at breakfast it was their fault! Room was large and bright but a bit dated and the bathroom was also large and clean. However our room was on the second floor and facing the main street so it was a bit noisy at night due to the trams although when the window shutters were fully lowered it was a bit better. Front staff was helpful and professional although a bit stern looking. Housekeeping staff was efficient especially at changing linens but forgot to replace soap and coffee. The included breakfast was great.
