The hotel is on a fairly large and safe street. The room was very quiet, facing inner yard and with soundproof windows, we booked a hypoallergenic room and it had a wood-like laminate floor that was spotless, comfy beds, and very efficient and quiet air conditioning. I had my best sleep in this trip. The breakfast had a really tasty smoked salmon, selection of meats and cheeses, and of course a large selection of pastries. There are no usb ports for phone charging in the room but a very nice guy at the front desk found a converter to european plug for us. The only small challenge was that rooms have the actual keys rather than key cards. Might be a bit challenging for someone with arthritis but feels like a safer option for everyone else.

Great hotel with lovely staff. The only thing that could be improved is the lack of parking. We arrived for an event with our little daughter and had to leave the car in the middle of the street just to check in, and then drive about five minutes to a public parking lot. Other than that, the experience was very good.

Beautiful hotel conveniently located in Milan. A short walk to Duomo di Milano, numerous shopping locations and an abundance of restaurants. Our room was clean, fresh towels daily and slippers left by the bedside for us. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Milan.
