Cool Hotel

Urban Hive is a great hotel in a fine location. The staff is very friendly and the decorations are beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful and in a great location. The Metro was right outside the hotel and there were great restaurants within five minutes of walking.

This absolutely deserved the perfect rating. The staff was beyond kind welcoming and helpful. Paula checked me in and made sure everything was perfect for me, going above and beyond to make sure the check in was smooth and my needs were met! I was so happy whenever she was at the front desk-she made it feel warm and like home.

Wonderful stay

The hotel is lovely. Very modern and clean. What made it stand out was how fantastic the staff were, they couldn't do enough for us and we're always polite and friendly. Minor downsides were the hardness of the bed and the fact that the TV casting function did not work - although we didn't raise it with them so no doubt it could have been fixed. Would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic stay with very kind staff working at the hotel. We didn’t take the breakfast as it was 23 euros pp and there were plenty of nice places nearby to eat. We liked the eco scheme they had if you didn’t want your room cleaned. The room was very cosy and had everything we needed except it would have been nice to have some milk with the coffee/tea.
