Breakfast was mediocre, some of the items I had were stale/overcooked (bacon, croissants, pain au chocolate). The pancake machine was horrendously slow and some drinks werent replenished very quickly at all - this ties in to the next point about staff. Far too few staff working, some were trying to man multiple areas such as reception and the dining hall. When there were staff behind reception, at a decent staff to customer ratio, they were too busy chatting, leaving customers waiting around.

Hotel good, clean and great staff, room good size and comfortable. Problem with no heating but front desk gave us a heater. Breakfast was a nightmare, all at once no plates no cutlery no Juice, then only beans sausage and scrambled egg everything else had gone, but was replenished eventually. Yes the hotel was busy but still should have been better organised

We were visiting family with our new grandson nearby. We have stayed here before a few times and checked in around 10 pm. Staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming. We had lovely clean, warm rooms with an extra double made up. Good nights sleep and lovely breakfast with a few coffees certainly did the trick. I asked a female member of staff for alternate a milk and she happily obliged with Soya for my cereal. The restaurant was busy, but no big waits for food, self service and replenishment on food and drinks very good. Thoroughly recommend the hotel, easy parking and a restaurant next door. 10 out of 10 for our stay with lovely polite staff 👍 a lovely breakfast
