My card was charged before I arrived, before the actual check came back in time. I held the reservation on one card , and planned on paying with another. Subsequently, money is tied up on one card for the next five days and charged on another. Very unpleasant and in professional. Never stay again.

I didn’t stay! The room was so nasty, we went back to the lobby and demanded our money back, and left the property. The worst thing I’ve ever seen in my life!!! My children were traumatized. The bed was dirty, food on the wall, pizza sauce on the floor, blood on the floor, black mold on the wall and vents. I’ll be calling the health department for sure. DISGUSTING

I paid for a jacuzzi room that was so disgusting! The couch was stained with who knows, cobwebs, hair in the hot tub, dust on the alarm clock, headboard was gross, had to go ask for towels because there was literally only hand towels, the elevator...speechless...so gross i didnt want to touch the buttons and so much more. I felt like I wasted my money on what should have been a great room for the price i paid. I took pics and couldn't even sit on the could without putting the bed blanket down. So absolutely will never ever give them my money again. Disappointed. Id love to share pictures.

My room was dirty and filthy around the couch and dressers. The let out couch had no sheets or covers. The matress and couch pillows were nasty with stains on the couch and matress. The ac was loud and the vent was damaged with missing pieces from the cover. 2 TV's only 1 remote control, dresser drawers were broken and damaged.

Decent comfort but smelly

Extremely basic breakfast option, decent bed (good size room), small but clean bathroom. The biggest downside: room raked as cigarettes / weed. I had to get air freshners to be able to sleep there.

Not the best place

Dirty rooms and linen. We asked to cancel reservation, but it was non-refundable. Instead we switched rooms to something else barely better. Bathrooms barely work. Ran out of hot water. I wish I had taken photos.

This property was disgusting. Stains everywhere, on the bedding, curtains on the carpet. Also black stuff coming out of the vents, the shower drained slow. I had to ask for another room because the first on was terrible and the second was still bad. The health department needs to come in and inspect it.

My sheets had stains that looked like blood. The bathroom had grime around the toilet base. The shower was dirty with hair on the floor and the drain. There was 2 phones in the room, 1 not connected to anything. I had requested to a late checkout but was never given an answer when I checked in. The quality of eggs is disgusting
