It’s an older hotel and there was ash tray cigarettes butts on the ground near the front entrance. The breakfasts bar was not a good choice of food. The turkey sausage looks old.

Don’t go for the pool.

The whole reason I booked this hotel was for the pool. It was the end of a long trip for my 5 year old daughter and me. So the idea of having some pool time before our long trip home was appealing. The pool was absolutely freezing. We could only stay in for a few minutes before it was just too much. I’m all about a good cold plunge, but when that’s what I’m looking for. My daughter can handle a cold pool too but this was too much. Service at the bar was slow. Shuttle driver Dwayne was awesome. So was the morning shuttle driver.

Property is somewhat rundown. The room I got was very moldy/musty smelling. I asked to be moved. I was moved and the next room was fine. No complaints. A good place to stay when you need to get to the airport.

I expected better

I had a late check in which was causes by airplane delays. When I finally did arrive to the facility after 1am guest services was very rude. Mind you I made several calls stating that the my flight was delayed and that we may just need to change the reservation from 2 days to 1. In was told on the phone that , that wouldn’t be a problem but the lady at the desk basically argued with me that, my phone call never happened. Then when I get to the room to settle down the bathroom was disgusting. Exposed pipes, hair in the tub and on the toilet.

Sink was clogged in our suite, no glasses, coffee maker, or mini fridge in suites. Furniture is old with lots of heavy dings and scratches. The bed however, was amazing. Our room was very quiet which was also nice.
