I stayed for six nights while attending a professional conference nearby. While the location was convenient, the overall experience left much to be desired for an extended stay. Fitness Facility: The main reason I booked this hotel was the advertised gym. Upon arrival, I was told it was unavailable. I specifically needed the treadmill. This lack of transparency was disappointing and misleading — had I known, I would have chosen a better hotel. Front Desk: Service was inconsistent. One lady was courteous, but others were robotic and disengaged. When I asked for an extra quilt, I was told to come down to collect it myself — not ideal for multi-night guests. Key Card Issues: Both room keys got deactivated four times. I was told it was due to phone contact, which never happened. Still, I had to repeatedly go downstairs to reactivate them — extremely frustrating. Housekeeping: On Day 3, I requested cleaning in the morning. Staff said it was scheduled within 20 mins, but no one came until 6 hours later. However, cleaning was regular for the next three days. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was very underwhelming. The variety and quality were poor — only the fruits and yoghurts stood out. This place might be fine for a quick overnight stay, but not for longer visits. I wouldn't recommend it to business travelers expecting consistency and basic comfort. Hope management takes these concerns seriously.

The facility is very run down and the lobby is very dingy, dark and outdated. I was propositioned for money in the hallway outside my room. My room door could not be opened easily. The area did not feel particularly safe.

Our room on the third floor was disturbing. The bathroom had peeling paint and burn marks on the vanity. The bath tub had some grayish film of some sort. The dresser had every drawer removed and was just a shell. When I sat in the bed it had a big sag in the middle so I sunk and my legs were higher than my chest. Needless to say it was very uncomfortable and I couldn’t wait to get home to shower.

Stay was ok. It was realatively quiet and we were not disturbed. The room had a mini fridge but no microwave. Im not sure how they expect people who needs the fridge to heat anything up when they want to eat. The room reaked of chlorine even though the hospital had no pool. I guess it was from the sheets. The room also did not have an iron which was inconvenient. The breakfast was subpar. Only pancakes and a few other options. Nothing hot like other hotels. The worse part was the parking. We had to park far from the building both night of our stay due to so many people. Its a no smoking building but someone was smoking in the stairwell next to our room.
