Nice room. Clean and spacious

The room was clean and larger than expected. The outer window wouldn’t close so the air conditioner was constantly running to battle the humidity. Would still stay here again

Corridors are smelly like smoke infested appartmenrts. Rooms are terrible. I had to request a different room as soon as I entered the room that was given to us. I had headaches for the next couple odf hours due to bad odor in the room. Although they said all rooms were non smoking but they should treat the rooms well after guests leave. The place need overhaul!

Checked in and clerk didnt even tell me.about the free light breakfast or anything else. Hotel is on the run down side. Rooms look remodeled but the bed was sagging in the middle.with no support. The comforter had multiple.stains on it. The floor panels had buckled edges.

I stayed at the Super 8 in Bloomington (Minneapolis) from Thursday to Sunday, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The first night seemed fine, but the next day I went out to explore the city. When I returned that evening, my key wouldn’t open the door. The front desk clerk (John) thought it was a battery issue or a problem with the keycard. After several attempts, he came upstairs with me, and to my shock, there was another person inside the room I had originally checked into! My belongings had been removed and stored in bags by housekeeping because the staff had mistakenly put me in the wrong room and assumed I had checked out. The most frustrating part wasn’t just the mistake—it was the complete lack of common sense. Nobody called me, nobody asked why my belongings were still there. I felt unsafe and completely disrespected as a guest. Instead of properly fixing the situation, they even tried to charge me for additional nights when the error was entirely theirs. On top of that, the hotel itself is old and run-down. The bathrooms are outdated, the spring mattresses are worn out and sink when you lie down, and their so-called “renovation” is just superficial. Everything looks cheap and neglected.
