Madame, nous sommes navrés pour cet oubli de la part des femmes de chambre. Elles mettent tout en œuvre pour vous proposer des chambres totalement propres, mais l'erreur est humaine. Nous allons leur transmettre le message afin que cela ne se reproduise plus. Merci tout de même pour cette note :)
