The hotel is under renovation but not advertised that it is. Loud doors closing all night. Rooms very clean and staff were nice. It should be advertised that the hotel is going through renovations and the price should reflect that, it did not.

As of April 24, this hotel is undergoing major renovations. I was fortunate to stay in a newly renovated room. It was very nice. Beautiful new furniture. Lovely headboard with great lighting. The new windows are incredibly sound proof. If I have the opportunity to stay in Laval again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Breakfast was great! Love the choices and fresh fruit. Room was a little disappointing. The bed was comfortable. A package of tea was open. We had to ask for regular coffee pods (only decaf in the room), I dropped something by the nightstand but carpet was too dirty to try to retrieve it. Construction on the building began at 7:00 am. However, there were many pluses and was able to leave luggage there for pick up later. The front desk staff was amazing.
