Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello
"The property is beautiful and the building is well kept and clean. Staff were friendly. The property, however, has many stairs and levels and few elevators. It was hard to circulate as an elderly person with mobility issues. For example, there are only a set of stairs to get to the Spa inside the pool building. We had to be let in through a back staff entrance. The elevator was out to the main floor for one day and limited access to the restaurants. Again we were allowed by staff to use the elevator in the kitchen. There are disability units, but not well advertised and we only found out on check out that they have golf carts to shuttle people between buildings. I think better signage and advertising is needed."
