Lieber Patrick, Vielen Dank für deinen Aufenthalt bei uns im royalen Schlösschen und dass du dir Zeit genommen hast, uns so ein tolles Feedback zu schreiben. Es freut uns immer wieder aufs Neue, wenn wir unsere Gäste begeistern können. Herzlichen Dank an der Stelle, für die vielen Komplimente. Es ist schön und motivierend zu lesen, dass du so viele Bereiche bei uns so schätzt und vor allem die Lage so hervorhebst. Bezüglich der fehlenden Zimmerreinigung möchte ich mich natürlich entschuldigen. Wir fragen eigentlich bei jedem Check-In an, ob man dies möchte oder nicht. Wenn man auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet, hat man dann dafür die Möglichkeit einen Baum zu pflanzen. Trotzdem hoffen wir natürlich, dich bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.
