Great location, nice and clean room. Full of amenities from slippers to shoehorns. I love my stay here. Maria from front desk was super helpful. There was only one slipper in our room and she delivered the other slippers to us herself. Starbucks underground is the spot where we looked for when we got back from the train rides. The elevator to the hotel just right behind Starbucks. Lots of shops underground so easy to grab anything you want for your trip.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful in all ways. The hotel is conveniently and centrally located directly across the street ( a very busy street) from Munich HBF train station. The only negative is no fault of the hotel or staff, but the location. Not the prettiest part of the city, lots of riff raff immediately outside of the hotel asking for cash.

The hotel is nicely laid out. The lobby is open and inviting with loads of seating. The have a fitness room and you can get lite snacks in the lobby. The staff were friendly and professional. Our room was clean with all the amenities you would expect: nice bedding to shampoos to coffee maker and mini bar. Our room was a good size for two people and had a safe. The location is right across from the main station which is ideal for people using public transport. It is about a 10 - 15 minutes from the old town centre area. I would stay again!

The location of the hotel just across from the train station was perfect for us. It is an easy walk to the wonderful old town. Good restaurants nearby and the tram stop and subway very close. Great breakfast also! Our room was large and very comfortable.
