Great stay in a newly renovated hotel

Very enjoyable stay in a newly renovated airport hotel. My flight was cancelled and very kind staff allowed me to check in early and were very friendly and professional. Especially Miss.Kiss on reception, who is extremely professional and helpful. Hotel is very well laid out with a nice restaurant and handy snack shop, even with pizza ovens in case you fancied a snack instead of the restaurant. Room was comfortable and clean. And there is a handy bus right outside the hotel that takes you to/from hotel for a couple of euro.

Lovely hotel, very convenient to the airport. Staff were wonderful, from the friendly lady who checked us in to the waitress that served our dinner. The small touches made it feel very luxurious. Amazing the difference between this hotel and the one we stayed in when in Munich city, chalk and cheese despite paying the same amount. Would highly recommend Novotel Munich airport

Needs a shuttle bus charged 20 euro to property 25 back to airport. Should indicate no shuttle service next time will stay either in city or property with shuttle serviceproperty likes to promote *City bus service" as one "option"not for business clientle or family vacations unlless you are familiar with MUN airport and surrounding area in summer months
