Room was spacious (for Japan) and super clean. We opted for the breakfast package and the brunch was great - an excellent variety of western and Japanese options and the food was good! A special call-out for the front-desk staff. They were super helpful with any question that we had and made our visit exceptionally smooth. Location is excellent and the ability to hop on transit to take you anywhere you need to go without leaving the building is a huge plus. One heads up, you are on top of Nagoya station and if your room is on the side of the hotel that faces the main train lines, you are likely to hear some noise from the station (announcements, chimes, etc) in your room, although we found it to be manageable and the last train is generally done by midnight. Construction has also started on the new Chuo line Shinkansen; we did not notice any additional noise and were not impacted by this, but as construction progresses, it might impact your stay.
