My rental car was broken into the first night. Luckily nothing was in the car. Found a roach crawling on my room door. The fridge in my room didn't work and the ice machine on the my floor (the 4th floor) didn't work but had a sign that said to use the machine on the 3rd floor. The sign looks like it had been there for a bit so they're aware.

The hotel was clean. Beds were okay. I like soft mattresses and they were much firmer. Breakfast had plenty of options. The showers water pressure was weak and the water didn’t get very hot

The common areas were clean, but they assigned us a room on the first floor with stains on the carpet, trash behind the beds, dust all over the room, dirty curtains, a stained bathroom, and mold in the bathtub. They immediately assigned us another room on the second level that was 3.5/5 much cleaner, but with some stains on the curtains only and dust in the mini fridge area. The staff 5/5, the breakfast overall 4/5. If you are going with a family it would not be a good option. The taco food truck in the outside area is a good option for dinner and very good.
