Check in staff came across as rude not welcoming. Instead of saying straight up check in is definitely not until 3 pm said would call when ready never did because wasn’t true to check in earlier. Could have offered some guidance what to do while waiting for a room to be ready but didn’t. Reza the shuttle driver was amazing so friendly and kind! Breakfast staff super friendly and kind! Otherwise pricy stay for location, shuttle and free parking good perk, breakfast not free added cost.

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Nashville. The free shuttle bus to Broadway is brilliant and Randal, the driver was so friendly and knowledgeable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was big and comfortable. No complaints at all and would definitely stay again.
