I had to wait several minutes at the front desk as they were on the phone. They seem to be training a new employee. Then I went up to the room. The shower handle was rusty, and it was really hard to figure out how to turn on the shower. The bed was not very comfortable. One of my pillowcases had a melted spot on it. It was rough and uncomfortable. One of the lights in the room had some sort of part of the fixture falling down. The air conditioner in the room would kick on all night long and sounded like a plane taking off each time I was rather surprised due to the price of the room per night. I was also charged $30 for parking which I did not know about before arriving. The downstairs area was very nice and well put together. The room was average. The area is also very nice great restaurants very safe.

Not sure I had clean sheets, they were wrinkled. Hair (not mine) in bathtub. It was the darkest hotel room I’ve ever had, had to go buy a lamp to work at the desk. There was desk lighting, but it was blocked by open laptop. Front desk guys were great.

Such a beautiful place to stay. We loved hanging out at the firepit in the courtyard. We used the bikes a few times to get around to the shops. There is lots of dining options within an 5 minute walk and only a 15 minute walk to the Bluebird Cafe.

Very nice area and the rooms were very nice with great amenties. Loved the roof top pool. Food selection was very limited however and not that much selection within walking. There is a resort fee now at the property but never made aware of it. Cleaning apparently is every other day but never communicated anywhere. Thats ok just would have liked to know as maid staff said we had to call down to request.
