This is our go-to hotel in the French quarter. The rooms are always clean and the bed comfortable. This time our higher priced balcony suite was disappointing. The air conditioning blew so cold it was uncomfortable and the room felt much colder than where the thermostat was set. Also there was an outlet on only one side of the bed, which is very inconvenient for charging phones or being able to plug in two CPAPs. It seems they could easily run a conduit behind the bed and add add another outlet.

We stayed in a suite, room 218, loved the location!!! Not too close to all the rifraf but still walking distance to get to the rifraf. The place was very spacious, could have easily brought the kiddos to crash on the sofa.

Beautiful hotel. In a quiet area of the French quarter. But still close enough to walk around to Bourbon Street and other sights. I liked that they have secured parking. The pool was amazing and so relaxing. The hotel staff was so nice. Room was very beautiful and clean.

Staff was excellent, I got one of the suites with the balcony and the room with spacious and clean. There is no breakfast in the mornings just coffee and it looks like the bar in the hotel is permanently closed. The pool was small, but refreshing, looks like they did not clean the pool area every morning as they were cigarette butts and ashes around, even though smoking was not allowed . They have paid parking directly behind the hotel, but be leery, someone keyed my Jeep while I was there. Overall, I would give the hotel a four out of five stars.
