Cleanliness was excellent, room very good only down side was no window in the bathroom and to shave or wash your hands you had to use the sink in the kitchen. Overall very good.

Very convenient spot for walking to shops, to cafes/restaurants, to supermarkets, to the sea, and to WOMAD. Excellent service, very helpful and friendly. Being on the corner of a main road meant there was a bit of traffic noise, but it was fine especially since everything else was great.

Hosts were friendly and very approachable. They were knowledgeable of the area and could provide suggestions on places to visit. Blackout curtains make such a difference smd the bed was comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Positive - The manager (or owner, not sure) was absolutely lovely and could not have been more helpful in every aspect. Negative - just a small one but bedroom needs a fan or its own air con or something. And cant open window for some air or breeze as on main road and too noisy. Otherwise its all you require for short stay.

I stayed in unit 7, which was near the main road, i asked about traffic noise and was handed some ear plugs. Traffic noise was not the problem, it was the pak and save fork trucks reversing alarms as they unloaded the huge trucks from 2am

That tree is magnificent as was our stay at the Landmark Manor. The hosts, cleaning staff together made it a welcoming place. All we needed was provided in our suite and we really liked the two tvs Location is brilliant
