The room was rather nice: nothing very fancy but clean, confortable and had everything we needed! The location was nice and there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel (or else less than 20' walk to the metro, which was fine for us). They have a late check-in which we really appreciated (we arrived at 2am). Only negative points were that we were in the basement, so you don't really have an openable windown. Also, there was quite a lot of noise: we could hear what happened in the corridors and it seemed we were next to the service areas, so we heard quite a lot in the night too... Overall, price-quality was good for us!

The hotel was clean, everything was nice. However I booked a room for 3 people and they gave me a room with a king size bed. They offered to upgrade it for a price. Asked for a mattress that we could use and they said it was not possible.

They gave us a room in the basement!!!! It didn’t have windows, they said they would give us another room the following day and that never happened! The worst stay ever, DO NOT STAY THERE!! We asked for a refund but that didn’t go anywhere!!

My bestie and I stayed here for a weekend and honestly served it's purpose. It's 2 star hotel so not sure why anyone expects 4 star. I wouldn't stay there long term for sure for for a quick weekend it was nice. The location was close to metro. There was a lot of good food options down the block. Some people mentioned a lot of homeless but I didn't see anything crazy more then the normal new York vibe. We were two females and felt comfortable walking around the area. The front desk John was super helpful as well. Overall enjoyed the stay.

You get what you are asking for.. clean rooms, super comfy and big bed, all the right amenities. Nothing to fault here.. location wasn’t great.. you’re in between Williamsburg and downtown so just take that in mind. A lot of walking to the subways. Other than that, I enjoyed my 4 nights there.

This is a hotel that you can rent by the hour. The lobby has bulletproof glass and stinks of low budget chemicals that instantly made my allergies flare up. We walked into the room after checking in, could hardly breathe, and immediately walked out to see if we could cancel our stay. They were very inflexible and we wound up driving 4 hours home after going to an event we were attending that night.

Great for the price. Clean and the staff was fairly helpful but not super pleasant. Everyone was nice enough and we definitely got our moneys worth. It's about 17 minutes walk to the metro and five minutes walk to public bus. A little noisy because the location but really not bad at all. Decent experience and would definitely stay there again because I'm not rich.
