The hotel had a very fun vibe and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was gorgeous, but the bartenders didn’t really know how to make drinks. Wish there were more food offerings in the canteen and in the rooftop bar. No food is available up there at all.

A smooth check in and check out. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! The hotel is also in a great location, allowing us to walk to every where we wanted to go. We loved our stay!

Small compact rooms but no issue for us. Great area for first time visits to NYC. Lobby was beautiful. Everything clean and amazing breakfast included in the rate. Also no deposit or holding charges!

I like the uniqueness of the interior design, the funky look, staff are pleasant and looked like they like their jobs. Breakfast was also good, the wait time for the elevator is not long, the competent workers at the bar. Most of all, we love the location of the hotel because it is in the center of everything.

We have been visiting NYC for years, and this has been our favorite Times Square hotel experience by far. The location is amazing, just a block from the theater district. The lobby is great–we spent a time sitting, chatting or drinking. We brought friends after a show to the rooftop bar since it is so close. And we loved the room! It's tiny, but the space is well used, and we don't need more space since we're not there all too much. We loved it, we'll be back!
