Extensive renovations are underway, but our room was a good size, clean, with new furnishings. The elevators and some other spots were clearly in process, but everything worked well and I expect 5 stars once it’s all complete. Great location for theater!

One of the cleanest hotels in midtown. Super friendly staff. Rooms are a bit small but well maintained. Convenient location with lots of options around for bars or food.

Had to walk 9 stories to get to room

The elevators were out and I was told i had to walk up the stairs to the 9th floor for my room or wait over an hour for the elevators to be fixed. Zero offer of maybe moving me to a lower room, or any sort of helpful accomodations.

The staff here are amazing. Like genuinely excited to see you as you walk through the door. So sweet. They are doing some renovations but only noticed on the elevator. Room was clean, a good size and really quiet. Bathroom was a bit smaller but expect that in NYC. Was a bit worried about the hotel since the price was half of the others-considering it’s a block from 5th Avenue and Times Square. But was pleasantly surprised and will definitely stay here again! Also a plus-sparkling water, coffee and tea plus water stations on every floor with bottles.

The hotel is really clean and has a fresh feel to it because it’s in the process of renovation. Very comfortable beds and not too small. No problems with hot water in the shower and the drain works well. Really nice that they had 24 hour hot water, coffee, tea and water available.
