Staff at front desk was friendly. Offered snacks upon check-in, that was a really nice touch as we arrived late at night. Room was small, but well arranged, clean and nicely updated. Bed was comfortable. We heard the subway and normal city noises, but tolerable and still slept well. Convenient location to restaurants. Lobby was also nicely updated.

Staff were really courteous and helpful. Room was clean,bed was well made. Didnt like the sporadic noice from the AC ,I think that came in 2-3 times during the night for like 2-3 min. For light sleeper like me it's a nuisance.

Definitely smaller and older than expected. The TV is very old (literally still has a TV guide) don’t expect to watch Netflix. It was clean. No issues with heat or AC. Staff was nice.
