A warning on charges: you will be billed $US24 every time your room is made up - this includes any request of new towels without any services to room. The hotel also withheld my security deposit though I left the room cleared. I have never had such an issue before. I am not an untidy person. In terms of proximity to Manhattan or other parts of Brooklyn, the hotel is well located. There are multiple subway lines nearby. The rooms are comfortable and clean. If not for weird charges, I’d easily rate this 5/5. Adding the random costs, you’d be better off staying somewhere else.

Great location, central to all things downtown Brookyln and small distance to other tourist attractions. Would definitely stay in this location again. The only thing I didnt like is 1) I had to double check my towels as a few had spots on them. 2) We got charged extra after already spending $800 to stay at this hotel for the weekend, just so that the hotel could hold our bags after checkout, while we waited on our flight to leave.

Charges for everything. Over priced. Charged an additional $200 at check in claiming I would get it back. But I didn’t then blamed it on Expedia for 3rd party booking fees??? Making my total stay over $1000 for 3 nights. No free breakfast as advertised, water cost $17 for 4 bottles, no microwave, bed was so close to the “closet” you have walk side ways to get to it, sliding door on shower offered no privacy when showering. Overall will never stay here again. Garbage piled knee high on the side wall right outside my window. Horrible place. Never again.

When I checked out was surprised additional charge on credit card when I did not use any incidental. We did ask for 2 blankets but hoped that is not what the charge would be for. Assumed I would pay $28 for taxes but final extra charge was $100. Very disappointed

Rude Unprofessional

They added additional fees & they don't give it back full, after given you security deposit $128.00 & they're choosing what debit card they willing to accept, even if is with the chip. I'm not staying there again. The front desk new guy was so unprofessional & chose to do what he wanted, instead of listen to the customer. If something change, he should've been more Polite.
