The hotel needs to be updated. The mirrors had some kind of glue on them, the shower curtain didn’t stay closed, I needed to hook it on a hook on the wall to avoid flooding the bathroom. In a 2 week stay, they vacuumed once.

Is this your honeymoon stay? No. But if you want a relatively nice place to stay in a good neighborhood at an affordable price by New York City standards, this is worth your time. Would I stay here again? You bet.

Budget but adequate

The best part was it was a modest budget. They missed the mark in that they only offer every other day housekeeping and they missed one of my days! Additionally, I asked simply for refills of a coffee pod and they indicated they were out of coffee -just decaf. Yes, it was inexpensive. That was the good thing.

We stayed twice with friends, three nights in total (4 rooms). All rooms were very clean and spacious. Super comfortable beds. Helpful staff, great coffee and breakfast was a bonus. I read previous reviews about being charged for water that they thought was complimentary however the charge for water was clearly marked in all four rooms and another review about not having any bathroom products however all ours were full in each room also. Check in and out was a breeze. I would stay here again.

We stayed at this property for a business trip, we initially were really excited due to having family working on this hotel back home but the service here is the awful, we spoke to “Giovanny” who says it’s the manager and was useless to resolve our issue. We got charged $80 because they claimed we took a cord, yet there was no communication at all prior to the charge. Clearly they don’t know how to do their job because if they did they would have known that the cord was missing before we even check in, we did not even get a chance to turn on the TV all trip and now they claimed we stole the cord, refuse to listen and help, again there is also no paperwork on this. There are so many different hotels in this area that are way better we stayed in two different ones near by and 1000000 better than this hotel so don’t waste your time.

There was a dead rat right outside the property for days. Unfortunately my credit card has been charged, I have no idea what this charge is for, I didn't do or have anything they should be charging me for.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was larger than expected very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast didn’t have a huge selection but was good and most important their coffee was great. The property is a little dated but not in disrepair in any way. I would recommend and will stay again.
