Good overall experience

Everything was good. The room size was great for NYC. The location was perfect for our itinerary. We had little contact with the staff - the guy at check-in was very nice. The young woman at checkout was consumed with her phone and it took a minute for her to realize anyone needed her.

Great location for me due to its location to Memorial Sloan Kettering various locations. Also convenient to and casual dining. Find it both clean and quiet, always request a room in the rear of the building when I make reservations. Staff has always been efficient and helpful.

It's a good place overall, safe, convenient, priced reasonably for midtown Manhattan. My only complaint is that there wasnt a really comfortable (at all) chair in the room. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
